No further automated analysis (e.g., emotion detection, sentiment analysis, profiling) is performed, and transcripts are not linked with external databases.

Are AI-generated transcripts always error-free?

No. The module uses AI-based machine transcription, which means transcripts cannot be guaranteed 100% error-free. Accuracy depends on the language, audio quality, and environment (fast speech, mumbling, slang, background noise, etc.). Summaries and analyses based on the transcripts are generally more accurate and useful than raw transcripts, as they capture context and meaning more effectively.

Can AI transcribe and summarize Hungarian calls as well?

Yes. The ArenimTel Transcription module can also process Hungarian-language calls into transcripts and summaries with a short turnaround time.

Are AI call transcriptions and summaries legally compliant?

Yes. ArenimTel’s AI call processing is fully GDPR-compliant:

• Calls are processed within a private cloud in the EU.
• The service provider does not use the recordings or transcripts to train its models.
• No automated profiling, sentiment, or mood analysis is performed.
• Transcripts are stored for the same retention period as the original call recordings, after which they are deleted.
• The entire transcription process is logged, access is secured with authentication, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
