Vesta Software Group acquired ArenimTel
Great honour that we can announce that as of today, ArenimTel continues to operate as part of the Vesta / Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) family. We are very proud of our journey and team and looking forward building further success and accelerate our growth.
Our company and team have reached perhaps the most exciting milestone in our history: after careful consideration, we have decided to join the Vesta and Constellation Software group of companies. As of August 1, 2025, we will continue our operations as part of one of the world’s most prestigious IT corporate groups.
As a result of the transaction, the new owner of Arenim Technologies Kft. is Vesta Software Group – a portfolio group of Constellation Software that focuses on Europe and Latin America. Constellation Software has a unique investment philosophy based on the following principles:

What is the new owner’s strategy behind the acquisition? Why did they acquire ArenimTel?
CSI / Vesta’s unique strategy is not to buy companies, grow their market value, and then sell them a few years later for extra profit. Instead, their goal is to maximize the potential of each business and retain them as part of their software portfolio in the long term.
What changes can be expected as a result of the acquisition?
Apart from the change in our ownership structure, the transaction will only bring positive developments for our customers and partners. We will not be merged into another company — we will continue to operate as an independent entity under our own brand, ArenimTel. The new owner does not plan to change the composition of our team. Our company’s management and leadership will remain unchanged, meaning our customers and partners will continue to work with the same contacts as before.
Thanks to CSI and Vesta’s global presence and network, we will receive support for the further development of our company across all business areas.
