Server-Side API Integration
ArenimTel supports the following server-side integration features using APIs:
- “Screen-Pop”: when an incoming call rings, the user’s CRM interface automatically displays caller details, e.g. for creating tickets, taking orders (works with both server + thin client and browser applications)
- “Call Log”: when the call ends, ArenimTel forwards the call details to the CRM system, e.g. to automatically update customer history
- Check whether user is logged in
- Query missed calls
- Query call history
- Forward recorded calls for archiving
- Forward voicemail for archiving
- Advanced routing: special call forwarding rules using CRM data
