Using ArenimTel’s call recording service, you can record your calls on a per-phoneline basis, for quality assurance or supervisory purposes. The service can be enabled or disabled monthly for each individual phone number (phone line).
Recorded calls can be accessed through the web portal using custom search filters (e.g. time of call, caller’s number etc.).
By default, we store your recorded calls for 45 days – during which period they can be played back and downloaded at any time. ArenimTel provides a built-in player for playing back recorded calls.
ArenimTel’s call storage method complies with the strictest standards (PCI-DSS, MIFIID 2, GDPR).
We provide maximum security for managing and storing recorded calls:
- recordings are stored using 256-bit AES encryption;
- recordings can be accessed only by authenticated users who have the necessary permission after logging into the web portal;
- all search and playback actions are logged by the system, allowing access to the recordings to be monitored.
To further increase security, recorded calls can be downloaded or transferred to other systems (e.g. CRM or ERP) in encrypted format using a dedicated API.
Depending on your phone traffic, we provide several storage packages (e.g. 5000 minutes per month), which can be upgraded at any time based on your requirements and the amount of data stored.
IMPORTANT! Our call recording service fully complies with the GDPR stipulations in effect since May 25, 2018. Please consult your company’s attorney or Data Protection Officer about the application of the GDPR to the recording of calls. Our colleagues can also provide information on how ArenimTel’s call recording service relates to the GDPR (e.g. configuration options).
Archiving recorded calls
In case you would like to store calls in ArenimTel for more than 45 days, we provide an archive service. We do not limit the storage duration of archived calls (calls can be stored for up to 25 years). All archived calls are stored using 256-bit AES encryption, with a reliability of 99.9999%.
Archived calls can be accessed and played back via the web portal identically to unarchived calls not older than 45 days.
ArenimTel’s archive storage method, like the default storage service, complies with the strictest standards (PCI-DSS, MIFIID 2, GDPR).
