This feature allows visitors to your website to request a callback from your customer service agents. Requests are submitted through a plug-in built into your website, which asks customers to provide their name and phone number.
The web portal provides separate reports on callback requests. When a request is fulfilled, we automatically change the status to “Answered”, just like in the case of missed calls.
