In case an emergency arises at your premises that prevents on-site work from continuing, ArenimTel offers multiple options for dealing with the situation. If you are able and willing to take calls on your cellphone, activating emergency forwarding will immediately start forwarding incoming calls to your mobile devices, so you don’t lose any calls even if your office endpoints are unavailable.
If the nature of the emergency completely prevents you from taking calls and working, you can set a custom emergency announcement, which will let callers know why your customer service / call center is unavailable. The announcement can be uploaded in advance, or typed in as text through ArenimTel’s web portal, as the situation requires.
