This greatly facilitates your company’s internal communication, especially in case your employees work from multiple locations instead of one central office. Such calls are free of charge. Calls show up in reports, so middle and upper management can see how much employees talk to one another. It is important to note, however, that in-house calls are not recorded and cannot be played back.
