ArenimTel’s voice menu feature allows you to build custom voice menus. IVRs are commonly used for customer segmentation (e.g. press 1 for billing, press 2 for technical support, etc.).
The IVR supports complex multi-layered menus (tree structure with sub-menus). ArenimTel also supports dynamic voice menus (that change based on the caller), where announcements do not need to be pre-recorded; instead, the system can generate announcements on the fly using an advanced text-to-speech module.
