ArenimTel can be integrated with the subscriber’s LDAP system. This service (integration) gives access to the following features:
- central company phonebook: ArenimTel’s central phonebook can be replaced by or synchronized with your company’s phonebook through LDAP.
- Caller ID: the phone client can retrieve and display the name of the caller from the phonebook via LDAP (instead of the caller’s number).
- Personified notifications about missed calls: ArenimTel’s email notifications about missed calls can contain the caller’s name retrieved via LDAP instead of the phone number.
