ArenimTel’s PBX services support the use of domestic mobile numbers with the system. This service is called “mobile trunking”, which makes it possible for your existing mobile number to be connected to ArenimTel’s system (which can then receive incoming calls and initiate outbound calls through that number).
We have partnered with all Hungarian mobile carriers, meaning they all support linking their lines with ArenimTel’s system.
Please note that our various carrier partners use different names for the mobile trunking service:
- Yettel calls it “Mobile Bridge”
- Vodafone calls it “IPSEC Trunk”
- Telekom calls it “Direct IP”

Benefits of the Mobile Trunking Service include:
- premium voice quality (better than that provided by GSM adapters)
- connections provide 5 voice channels by default, which means up to 5 calls are supported simultaneously (calls to mobile will never be busy). The number channels can be increased on demand.
- Mobile carriers usually apply discount “fleet rates” to outbound calls. E.g. employees within the company can usually call each other free of charge.
- your own mobile customer service phone number can also be shown to the callee.
- Using a mobile number for your customer service makes your company available to customers even if your landline service suffers an outage.
Just like in the case of domestic landlines, using mobile numbers requires you to sign separate agreements with our partners. Mobile carriers will make a direct offer for these services. Our colleagues will provide you full support during the process.
