Using ArenimTel’s system, you can decide on a per-call basis whether you want to record them for quality assurance or legal compliance reasons, or not. Call recording can be initiated simply by entering a prefix.
If during a call the course of the conversation changes such that it might be important later to play it back later, recording can be initiated with the push of a button even mid-call. From this point on, the call will be recorded and the recording can be retrieved and played back through ArenimTel’s online portal.

When using the on-demand recording feature, you can choose on a per-call basis how long to keep each individual recording. If your business requires that certain calls be kept for shorter times and others for longer, you can adjust the storage time individually through the system’s web portal.
