ArenimTel provides multiple options for personifying callers:
- using client LDAP
- using ArenimTel phonebook
- using client CRM system
LDAP
When using LDAP, the physical handset searches for the inbound caller’s phone number in the client’s database and, if a match is found, displays it. This feature is only available on LDAP-compatible handsets and software clients.
ArenimTel Phonebook
In case of using the ArenimTel Phonebook, the system looks up the inbound caller’s name in its internal database and displays it. This feature works on any kind of device, as the search is performed by ArenimTel’s system.
CRM Phonebook
When using a CRM phonebook, the system forwards the inbound caller’s number to the CRM system, which then returns the caller’s name in a response, as stored in the CRM database. This feature works on any kind of device, as the search is performed by ArenimTel’s system.
