Multiple employees might use the same phone to take calls, however, not all of them may have the privilege to make outbound calls. In such cases, ArenimTel’s PBX software can be configured to require entering a unique PIN before initiating an outbound call. Employees without a PIN will only be able to take incoming calls and make emergency calls (e.g. 112).
