The application can be installed and managed remotely on your team’s computers. Softphone lets you make and take phone calls, all through an easy-to-use, ergonomic and user-friendly interface. It can be integrated with other applications (e.g. company phonebook, CRM, ERP systems, etc.) and its interface is highly customizable.
