If for some reason (e.g. due to company policy or other business considerations) you wish to store your recorded calls in your own environment, we provide the option to do so using our synchronization feature. Recorded calls are copied to your servers or cloud-based storage using RSYNC. Syncing is done once per day, outside business hours. To facilitate syncing, we provide the option to implement custom protocols, transfer technologies or file naming schemes, subject to an individual agreement based on an hourly fee.
Synchronization is monitored by ArenimTel; if for some reason the process fails to execute successfully, the system sends a notification and the issue can be dealt with right away.

Recorded calls are deleted from ArenimTel’s servers after the time period set in the service agreement, synced calls are then no longer available through the web portal.
