If you are unable to answer an incoming call, ArenimTel’s PBX service allows the caller to leave a voicemail message (depending on your settings).
We send notifications about voicemail messages via email, which you can then listen to on the web portal. Multiple email addresses can be assigned to a voicemail account, thus all concerned colleagues can be notified about new messages (e.g. all members of the Sales team can receive notifications about new messages on the Sales hotline).

Due to new GDPR regulations effective May 25, 2018, we no longer attach voicemail messages to notification emails, but we do include the time and date of the message, the caller’s number (if their Caller ID hasn’t been blocked) and the number or extension called, as well as a direct link to the recorded message (in MP3 format). Clicking the link will take you directly to the web portal’s voicemail subpage, where you can play back and download the voicemail message (given sufficient privileges).
