EVERY DAY, HUNDREDS OF BUSINESSES ENTRUST US WITH THEIR OPERATIONS
To ensure proper service functionality on VoIP endpoints, the internet connection at the endpoint’s site must satisfy the following technical requirements:
- Less than 1% IP packet loss between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- Round Trip Delay of less than 80 ms between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- Maximum of 25 IP hops between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- A minimum of 100 kbit/s of guaranteed bandwidth is required per concurrent call between the Customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
Minimum network quality expectations to guarantee service quality:
- 0% IP packet loss between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- Round Trip Delay of less than 50 ms between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- Fewer than 15 IP hops between the customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- At least 150 kbps guaranteed data throughput per concurrent call between the Customer’s IP endpoint and the ArenimTel service server
- Quality of Service (QoS) enabled network devices (routers, switches) across the full communication path
Supported software versions
The service provider supports certain operating systems and browsers for the correct functioning of the system’s modules and features. Modules and features may work on other versions; however, in such cases error reporting and bug fixes are not guaranteed. It is recommended to always use the latest available browser and operating system versions. Only the latest firmware version is supported.

- Android 9 or newer. Note: Devices without official Google licensing cannot be reliably supported.
