Our software, called ArenimTel, is the only call center and virtual call center service that is not a telecommunications or infrastructure service. ArenimTel is a customer contact system that integrates with all major telephone operators. The service is a full-fledged virtual telephone exchange, a cloud-based call center available on a monthly fee basis.
ArenimTel has proven itself in every industry: the system is 100% modular, delivers outstanding voice quality and can be integrated with any business management system. Its operation is invisible in the life of a business, it always adapts to the needs and processes of the company.
The Arenim story: our story from the beginning
Establishment of Minerva-Soft Kft.
Founded by Szabolcs Kun and Attila Megyeri, the company mainly serves the needs of large enterprises and SMEs with its innovative, cloud-based call center and telephone exchange solutions.
Entering the international market
Establishment of a Swedish subsidiary to develop and market the CryptTalk communications encryption system.
Startup of the Year
In 2014, we won the Startup of the Year award at the Central European Startup Awards.
International recognition
Our work was also recognized with 3 other prestigious professional awards:

Among the most promising mobile technology companies
Our Swedish subsidiary was named one of the 40 most promising mobile technology companies in the world by the World Wireless Organization.

Our developments won the Most Promising Banking Sales Solution (Banking Sales Conference 2015) and the “Made in Hungary” Product Prize 2015 awards.

Rebranding
Ahe group’s international expansion goals justified the name change, and Arenim Technologies Kft was established. At the same time, the cloud-based call center solution was renamed ArenimTel.

Management
Managing Director of Arenim Technologies Kft.
He has had several years of management experience, and has achieved success in many sectors, in well-known market-leading international companies in Hungary and in several countries of Central Europe. He is well versed in developing and operating customer-centric business processes and efficient organisational structures. He is committed to researching how our business can deliver a customer experience that is in line with the ever-changing market needs. He holds a degree in Economics and Service Design.
He has been a core member of the Arenim Technologies team for ten years
During his 10 years at Arenim, he has administered more than a hundred system implementations. While managing the company’s customer service department, he had the opportunity to see how easily the ArenimTel solution can be integrated into the daily lives of customers and what they can achieve if they properly exploit the benefits of this cloud-based system. He is also actively involved in developing the product to meet the needs of an ever-changing era and market.
