ArenimTel’s system allows you to create a central company phonebook that employees can access through their handsets and the web portal.
The company phonebook can be set up and managed by your administrator. New entries can be added manually or en masse, using the import function. Entries in the phonebook can be accessed by all extensions within your company.
Entries in the company phonebook can be exported to CSV or XLS format or deleted by users with appropriate privileges through the web portal.
Private phonebook
In addition to the company phonebook available to all your employees (extensions), ArenimTel’s system also provides the option to use private phonebooks. Contacts saved to an extension’s private phonebook are available only to users of that extension and do not show up in the central company phonebook.
Entries in the company phonebook can be managed and edited through the web portal.
