Through our international telco partners, ArenimTel’s PBX services can be linked with phone lines using international dialing numbers from over 65 countries.
You can choose from the local dial numbers of over 5,000 major cities to be used with your international phone lines. As in the case of domestic landlines, you will need to sign separate agreements for international lines with our partners, for which our colleagues will provide you full support during the process.
Our partners provide only premium quality lines that offer guaranteed caller ID support, the most affordable rates available on the market, and the option for concurrent call channels.
Using international phone lines with ArenimTel’s PBX you can:
- call any country at local rates;
- enjoy seconds-based billing;
- avoid connection fees.
Incoming calls to international lines are free of charge and, thanks to our VoIP technology, can be answered on the endpoint devices at your site without additional charges.
If you are using multiple international lines, your outbound calls will be routed automatically through the local line in the given country. When dialing a country where you have no local number, your call will be routed through your default phone line.
Using International Phone Numbers in Practice
An Example
Let’s assume you have a German number (e.g. in Berlin) and a UK number (e.g. in London). If you dial a UK number, your UK line will be used for the call and your London-based number will be shown as your caller ID. If you dial a German number, your German line will be used for the call and your Berlin-based number will be shown as your caller ID. If you make a call to third country, the line of your preference will be used and the related number will be shown as your caller ID.
Your automatic routing preferences for various target countries and target zones can be managed using a routing table, which we will help you configure.
